Introduction:

Multiplication will develop into a simple process, if you are familiar with different tips.  Do you ever wonder how some people can calculate large numbers in their minds in seconds.  Or how some people are more efficient in Math.  Well, think no longer you're about to learn those multiple tricks.

The Tasks:

In some of the tasks hopefully you will learn in this webquest are; how to multiply quicker ways.

The Process:

The learn will be able to demonstrate the ability to multiply without assistance from a calculator.  The learner will also become more skillful in all areas of mathematics.
1. You are about to learn how effective a student can use Calculation Tips Without a Calculator.  Unfortunately the most difficult multiplication factors numbers are odds numbers.  You will create a shortcuts that will not leave you counting in your fingers.  Click here to find the answer to 5 and 9 times question.

2. When you take An Adventure in Number Sense, most of your multiplication trouble will be minimize.  If you memorize only the 13 facts will have the ability to know the entire table.  And you will empower yourself to fast mental arithmetic and will develop your number sense.  Click to gain insight on these 13 facts.

3. Take a trip with Rick's multiplication tips and tricks.  Visit this site to learn 5 tips to becoming a Math champion.  You will also learn tricks to the basic facts and create your own Math table.  Click here to learn a neat concept for multiplication.

4. Multiplication games are also vital when learning calculation tips.  No matter your grade level multiplication always become exciting.  Visit this game to improve and practice your multiplication facts.  Click here to play the games that will improve your multiplication facts.  Math Baseball is exciting -- give it a try!

5.  Test your knowledge by playing the Concentration game.  This site will assist you in focusing on trying to uncover matching pairs of cards.  Multiplication can be achieve by linking knowledge and skills.  Click here to challenge the concentration game.

After successful completing this Webquest, you are ready to apply an easier of multiplying.  You will also be able connect this knowledge to all mathematics problems throughout your future.

Teacher Advice:

This lesson is anchored in fifth and sixth grades mathematics.  This lesson can also be extended for higher grade levels.

In learning this lesson you will need to know some form of addition, that knowledge can be connected to this multiplication.

This project is used to grasp the concept of multiplication, other math will also be incorporated.  After this lesson is taught, you will need to go at a self pace in order to learn this lesson.  This lesson will not be completed one class day, due to different level of everyone prior knowledge.

This lesson can be complex there no basic understanding multiplying.  The misconception of multiply need to be address in order to forward with this lesson.
