1. Open the spreadsheet called "task2" which you created in the previous exercise.
  2. Your task is to enter formula into the purple-shaded cells in order to calculate the MAX, MIN, AVERAGE and COUNT figures as indicated.

NB  The RED numbers should already have been calculated in the previous exercise  Make sure you colour your cells as shown above - the "Fill colour" and "Text colour" tools are on one of the toolbars.

  1. Save this spreadsheet as "task3" in your "Excel" folder..
