Self-esteem is a big part of you. It is how you see yourself. It is your feeling of your own self worth. When you look in the mirror, what do you see? How you feel about yourself has a major role in how you feel about other people. It is like that old cliché "You cannot love someone else until you love yourself". Low self-esteem can cause many, many problems. It can cause feelings of depression, worthlessness, and can lead to any number of health problems, both mental and physical. This site, I hope, will help you to not only evaluate your own self-esteem but to also improve it. Developing a good self-esteem is a slow process but with a little patience, is very beneficial.
