Agreement

This work represents the efforts of Dr. Bruce Lewis, Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology at Freed-Hardeman University from 1998-2002. Continued use of his materials is with the understanding that this is his intellectual property and as such is accorded full copyright protections.

Dr. Lewis extends to students and teachers the permission to use this material for educational purposes, with the stipulation that due credit be given to him for this material.
